I have worked in the community services/disability/aged care and mental health sectors for over 20 years – firstly as a support worker, then working my way to be the Manager of a Disability Provider organisation. Starting as a support worker has given me the insight into training future support workers and AINs – and I can also relate to their issues, anecdotes and anxieties students experience within this industry.

  • Breaks down outcomes into S.M.A.R.T. goals as much as possible.
  • Owns the process from the beginning until the outcome is achieved for the relevant stakeholder on or before the deadline.
